My Last Days at BBB

The last days at Bailey Banks and Biddle were hard, sad and fun. The company had such a rich history and I am very thankful to be a part of it. I took many pieces of it with me. Literal and emotional. While working here I met Jody, married him and had Elise. This was a big era in my life.Everything had to balance to get our bonus and we did it!

First Christmas!

We have begun new traditions and have never been more excited about Christmas. Elise was such a blast, as always. Our little snow bunny.

Thanksgiving .....yes, I'm just now posting Thanksgiving

Well, I think I will try to get back on the blog bandwagon. It's funny how the "job" is gone and I still have a "to do" list a mile long. It's been a month, almost to the day, and it feels like I've been off a week. Sure haven't started that diet either. I'm not giving up on being the stay-at-home mom I want to be, though. Who knows how long I will get to do it.

So, now I will play a little catch-up....really for my own history documenting purposes. Starting with a glimpse of us at Thanksgiving: These were taken in my parents backyard.

And our first bath in the bath tub. Elise loved it - Mommy did not when she sat up and then dove face-first into the water.

It only gets cuter! Bear with me!

So, work has taken it's toll on me having to, now, work full time until the store closes. I'm afraid the blog with suffer the consequences until January.

However......Elise is 7 months old and has gotten even better with age!

I had to have a photo of Lisey in my office before it's gone. It's bare because I don't do much work out of it anymore.

More has happened, so I hope to do more. You should know, though..... Christmas season is here - ugh.... retail.
